READ BEFORE ORDERING: To guarantee product freshness, orders will be filled Monday thru Wednesday and shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air. Orders received Thursday to Sunday will be shipped that following Monday. Product is not shipped outside the United States or to P.O. boxes. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days (excluding holidays or weekends).

Product is shipped cold in a re-usable, insulated container. Product should be refrigerated as soon as it is received. Please be sure that someone will be at the address to receive the delivery on the expected day.

Shipments do not require a signature for delivery and will be left at the recipient's address.

Refund Policy: If dissatisfied with the product, call us at (510) 614-8100 for refund information and authorization. Please provide the lot number and "Sell By" date printed on the package. Please do not return the product to the plant.
