and shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air. Orders received Thursday Product is not shipped outside the United States or to P.O. boxes. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days (excluding holidays or weekends). Product is shipped cold in a reusable, insulated container. Product should be refrigerated as soon as it is received. Please be sure that someone will be at the address to receive the delivery on Refund Policy: If dissatisfied with the product, call us at (510) 614-8100 for refund information and authorization. Please provide the lot number and 'sell by' date printed on the package. Please do not return the product to the plant. |
